Returns
- Eligibility: You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Returns

- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned with visible signs of use, missing packaging, or damaged through no fault of Enity Hockey Sportswear may qualify for a partial refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at operations@enityhockey.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
